Community Rules & Policies

Resident Conduct & Noise Ordinance

In the effort to maintain a peaceful living environment, no persisting loud noises or noxious odors shall be permitted on the property.

Additionally, although the Board is fond of our feline neighbors, homeowners are not to leave mounds of pet food unsupervised with the intent of feeding the local cat population, as this instead lures pests and may lead to infestation or property damage.

Property Maintenance Standards

Landscaping services are provided twice a month, with service dates adjusting to account for inclement weather.

We also encourage residents to assist in the tidiness of our walkways and landscaping by disposing of any found litter.

Please report any discovered broken glass or hazardous materials to the Board.

Rental Agreements

Owners and tenants are equally subject to the regulations set forth in our community By-Laws. Tenancy within a Pointe North unit signifies compliance to our community policies.

Financial Disclosure & Fees

Documentation regarding annual assessments, bank statements, and the allocation of funds for community projects and repairs are available for all homeowners upon request.

HOA payments are due on the 1st of every month. A late payment fee of $15 will be issued on homeowner accounts after the 15th of the month.

For a full breakdown of our fee policy, please view the Fine & Fee Policy listed below.

Board Member & Voting Procedures

A Homeowner's Association Board must consist of a President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. Additional members may include a Vice President and Members-At-Large.

At Pointe North, elections must achieve a homeowner voting quorum of 51% to add a new member to the board, and if elected a member's term is for 3 years.
